Cannot remote access through netgenie since app update
Does not show list of routers. When I try to turn on "enable remote access" it says this product is already registered to another account.

Is it already registered to another account, or was it registered to your myNetgear account?
I've seen the similar message - suspect this is a false indication, and happens if the cloud infrastructure is not reachable.
