Cannot remote access through netgenie since app update
Does not show list of routers. When I try to turn on "enable remote access" it says this product is already registered to another account.

I am having same issue. Hopefully someone will post a solution. Maybe Netgear did it intentionally in order to force all of us to purchase support time
