    1. What is the model number and firmware version of your device?

    2. What is the NETGEAR Genie version that you have installed?

    3. Have you tried using another device (smartphone, tablet, another computer)?

      1. Netgear Router: WNDR3700v3 Firmware: v1.0.0.38_1.0.31

      2. Netgear Genie v2.4.26 running on Windows 7 PC (64 bit)

      3. Yes - Netgear Genie (v 2.4.24) on ipad 2 (IOS 9.3.5)]
