Cannot stop parental control filtering - Netgear router Model WNDR3700v4

Hi

I wonder if someone can advise me.  I set up parental controls to include a complete stop on all websites loading, starting at midnight until 5 am, I did this via a custom option and ticked every box.  I then added a bypass account on my mobile so I could still access the internet.  This worked fine for ages, then all of a sudden the bypass seemed to stop working and I coudn't access the internet on my mobile from midnight, I cannot even access the parental controls on the Genie app because it appears to be not connected to the router.

I turned off the parental controls - no change.

I have removed the custom time control from the parental control but still my mobile with the bypass stops at midnight. 

I deleted the Genie app off my phone - still the same. 

I have accessed Genie on my PC and it says live parental control disabled.

Where to go from here? Does anyone have any idea's, is driving me nuts.
