Cannot unpause internet on devices with app

I have paused devices and I am unable to start them again with the nighthawk app.

    Describe why you think it's "cannot" - what do you see on the App, what happens?

      I have the same issue. I have a Nighthawks X6 AC2300 R8000. Everything worked perfectly on the Genie app. Today I was told it was no longer supported. I am on Android, S8 with PPie.down loaded the app and uploading it recognized my router. The devices page had the pause/resume text at the top but no buttons. I used the app to check the firmware was up to date. It said it was but I went to the Netgear web site and there was a new version. V 1.0.4.28. I downloaded it to my laptop and uploaded it. Folowing a router reboot and reloading the Nighthawk app there are now buttons next to each device but you cannot switch them on or off. Circle is also not an option as I use the R8000 as a access point due to my Comcast router. Again this worked perfectly for 2 years with the Genie app.
