cant acces Circle with Disney

Just updated my R700 router and discovered the Circle parental control. Y installed the Circle app on my ipad and then the trouble started. After setting the app up y installed a profile and it went allright. However, when y try to login on the Circle app another time y cant because y need to insert a 4 digit number that was send to my phone. Y think y did put the wrong number because y didnt receive any information on my phone. How can y correct this because now y cant use the Circle possibility on my R7000
