Can't Access my Netgear AC2200 Mesh Extender from the Netgear Android App Ver: 2.32.0.3389

I can no longer access my AC2200 wifi extender from the Netgear app on my Andriod phone (Android 10 O.S.). As far as I can tell, this occurred after the most recent update to version 2.32.0.3389, which I installed approximately 2 weeks ago.  I can see the extender in the app under the network map. However, when I select the AC2200 I get the normal pop up screen to switch to extender view. I the select the switch feature and it returns to the main wifi router AC1900 screen.  I've tried a factory reset on the extender, an uninstall/reinstall on the app, and a reboot of the main wifi router without any success.  I suspect it's a bug in the app or the feature has been removed.  Can anyone shed any light on this?  Thanks
