Can't block a device
Hello! Does anyone know why I can't block one of the devices on my Netgear Genie network map? All the other connected devices have the option to block. I have access control turned on. But...

I had the same issue and when I applied High Restriction on the device it then allowed me to block the device completely. Just modify and apply some parental controls(namely HIGH) then it will allow you to completely block the device.
