Can't Coonect to Parental Controls via Genie PLEASE HELP!

Hi there I have the following router Negear DGN2200v3 and I did connect with parental Controls 1 Week back but now its not working trying to put the user name and password in then it just stays there...

    This has already been reported and is currently being looked at. I will be sending an inquiry to Engineering about this and provide an update on this thread.

This is marked as "Solved" but when i click on the solution link it just points me to a tech saying it has been reported before and they are working on it. Not really solved...

I am having the same issues.  I have seen posts regarding throughout this year.  It doesn't seem that Netgear sees this as a priority.  Time to switch router.
