Can't log in to Genie

CG3000-2STAUS (CG3000v2) Model / Version: CG3000-2STAUS Via genie app on my phone, I am not able to login locally or remotely.

Try using the password "password"that's probably the default like mine

    That is to login to the genie's interface to control the Netgear device.

     

    Before you can do that you need to login to the wifi. That will have its own password and "username".
