Hi jwilson484,
Please try the following steps:
1. Uninstall and re-install the Genie apps/programs from your devices.
2. Reboot the router.
3. If it is an option, you can try doing a factory reset on the router.

This definitely appears to be related to the router firmware update. I bought a new router, setup genie, logged in, and everything worked. I updated firmware and it immediately stopped working and hasn't worked since. Netgear, help us out!!!
