Can't login to router via Genie
While I can login to my router (WNDR4500) via my browser (Chrome and IE9), I cannot login to Router Settings via Genie on my PC (Win7). I receive a message of "Login failed. The router response timed ...

Please try the following steps:
1. Uninstall and re-install the Genie apps/programs from your devices.
2. Reboot the router.
3. If it is an option, you can try doing a factory reset on the router.

Yaw, one more downgrade then... And it can draw a correct network map? And you can block devices (wired/wireless) from Genie?

There was a new update on firmware and it worked for like couple of minutes and then gone again.
Maybe they are not responding here cause the thread is marked as Solved? I wonder. This is outrageous support service from Netgear. Really regretting getting this router now.

I have just managed to call them at +1 888-638-4327
Spoke to their useless Technical Support Service which is not very helpful. However I managed to make a case with them and waiting for an email confirmation on this issue. Perhaps you guys can help to do the same as well and lets voice out this issue as much as we can. We need them to take some level of responsibility.
