Can't register my modem/router with Genie app(Android & desktop)

Hi

I'm having problem to register my modem/router to the Genie app using either the Genie Android app or the Window app.

Home access is working well but unable remote access as this problem(can't not register my device).

When I click the register button and I'm getting the following error "The registration process failed, try again"

It shows me both of them Andriod & windows app.

Please Help Me!!!

- Model : Netgear X4S(D7800) Modem/Router (Firmware V1.0.1.10)

- Genie App version : 2.4.26(Desktop), 2.4.34(Android)
