Cell net gear app
I have the net gear app on my cell. I am trying to log in using admin and password to change parent controls but it will not let me login.... help please...

1. What is the model number and firmware version of your device?
2. Please try using another device (Android, iOS, computer).
3. Are you getting an error message? If yes, what is the error message?
4. Please try uninstalling and re-installing the app.
5. You can try resetting the device to factory defaults.
