Circle upgrade

I have a previous version of the circle and the options listed as an upgrade are free on that version. Why do you charge for those same options on the circle that is integrated with the router?

    What is this "service integrated with the router"?

     

    Circle has never been free. You have to pay.

     

    The free thing is "Parental Controls". That still works on devices that support it, although you can no longer use the Nighthawk app to manage it. You use the browser.

     

    You don't say what your Netgear hardware is, and you have posted in the section for Nighthawk apps.

     

    Have you tried this issue in the section given over to Circle?

    If you do go there, tell people what the hardware is.
