Circle with Disney

I originally registered my Circle with Disney app using my Apple IPhone. Unfortunately, that IPhone is now broken and I'm completely unable to access it. So, I need to Manage Circle using another phone - but it seems the only way to enable this, is to generate a passcode using the original App or have a text message sent to the original phone number. THIS IS NUTS as obviously I no longer have access to either. Isn't there another way to achieve this?
