connect to nighhawk app
the R7000P AC2300 will not connect to my NIGHTHAWK app. It is clearly connected to the internet and I can connect to the internet provided by it through many devices. I've done the reset. I've tried using a QR code generated online as well.
Any advice?

Can you log in through the browser?
What modem/gateway is the router connected to?
Is this a new install?

It is the other way round. The app connects to the router
Is this a local wifi connection, or are you diving in through Anywhere Access?
For Anywhere Access to work you have to set it up first. That involves creating a "cloud" account through MyNetgear.
What happens when you try to connect?
Android or iOS?
