Connected devices showing as NA in app

Hello,

 

I recently bought a Netgear Nighthawk modem/router combo (c7000 v2) and got it all set up. Things have been good, but I noticed that a lot of the devices that are connected show up as N/A in the app instead of a device name. I have been renaming the devices in the Netgear Genie via my web browser but it hasn't synced to the app. Is that even possible? How do I get the device names to show up in the app? I have tried clicking on everything I possibly can, but nothing works. I don't mind having to login to Netgear Genie to pause devices as needed, but it'd be so much easier on the app. Is there a way to get the new connected device names to show up?
