connection lost between CAX80 and Apple IPhone
Over the weekend I lost the connection between the router and my IPhone. The App won't let me log in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, updated my password and log in credentials, rebooted the router--everything I've been told to do.
When I start the app, I get a face recognition, then the app asks for the written password, which I provide. After 3 or 4 attempts, the app times me out. This goes on continually.
Any ideas about what to do next would help.

Thank you for replying--I followed your advice and disabled the WiFi Private IP address. I have used the router and this iPhone since new
(1 year ago) with the WiFi Private IP address enabled and never had a problem. Disabling the WiFi Private IP address had no affect on my ability to log in. Still 4 tries and "logon timed out".
The firmware version is V2.1.4.2

And is Local Network enabled on the phone under the Nighthawk app as well?

Be sure your logging into the NG account profile first, then you should see the log in for the CAX80.
Might try a factory reset on the CAX80 and setup from scratch using a wired PC and web browser, then after the CAX80 is setup again, try the NH app...
