Thanks for confirming. May you provide me with the current Nighthawk app version number you have installed and specify whether you're on iOS or Android. May you also power cycle your modem and let us know if your issue persists.

I am current on the new 2.8.0.15 release and just updated my iPhone to iOS 14.4. None of these or power cycling my modem/router has had any impact.
