Device manager no longer works after updating firmware on RAX5 Firmware version v1.0.9.44_1
The device manager on my iPhone app (version 2.43.1.1) no longer works after performing a mandatory firmware update v1.0.9.44_1. Is there a problem with the firmware update?

I'm Still Waiting for a solution to this problem. I submitted a bug, but still haven't received a response. The
App still displays (0 Devices found), once you click on that it starts to open to a page where you can see 2.4 and 5 and then that closes and you get "Sorry, that action failed. Please try again.
Is there anytime I should expect a fix for the bug I submitted? Its been about a month now and getting pretty frustrated with this situation!

Everything worked fine until I updated the Firmware per their request. I believe this is an issue with ARMOR and they are trying to force us to purchase it. Does anyone know of a class action resulting from this?
