No option for what? Login to the router?
When that happens the first question has to be what is the modem/gateway/ONT that connects your router to the Internet.
A modem/router is likely to divert your login.
What do you see when you try to login?
If you are talking about "disabling SIP AGL", start with what you need to do, not with a notional answer from a possibly clueless tech advisor somewhere else.
I am testing a suggestion from a VOIP carrier to disable the SIP AGL., which may be preventing voice to be recorded on voicemail of a smartphone).
VOiP operators, ISPs and others love passing the buck to routers when in reality the problem has nothing to do with that..
So start with what you want to do and describe what is happening. And provide as much detail as possible

Yes, the instructions say I need to go to www.routerlogin.net in order to log in, but I do not see the place where I can enter the login credentials. Since you can, could you please point me to the spot on that page or provide the URL? The router is plugged into a T-mobil internet router. Everything is working, the modem and router is working, I just need to be able to log in to see the router configuration. The troubleshooting site on the VOIP service points out that the SIP AGL ( a filter in the router) may need to be disabled, but here is my situation:
I try to use my VOIP line to call a cell phone and leave a voicemail. I get to the voicemail greeting and leave a message but then the voicemail automated voice says "nothing has been recorded." All others can call and leave a message, only this device can't, so I am only looking into local causes (old phone, router setting/SIP AGL, etc.). It may not necessarily be the VOIP service since I can call others and leave voicemail on other phones, and others can call my VOIP phone and cell phone and leave messages. It's just between the VOIP phone and my cell phone.
So, I am simply going down the troubleshooting instructions -- not verbal instructions -- and see if disabling the SIP AGL might fix it. But I cannot log in to my router and the nighthawk app does not have a way to do the same. I have had the Tmobil doing its testing and I have yet to hear back from the VOIP service to get back to me. In the meantime, I thought I'd try a few things I can...except I can't login to the router. Thanks!

The router is plugged into a T-mobil internet router.If you have two routers on your network, that is a recipe for chaos. One is that attempts to login to the Netgear router get diverted.
You don't tell us what the modem is or what the Mesh router is but this is probably a consequence of stringing two routers together.
In this case, the Mesh probably chose its IP address range of 10.0.0.X because it saw that something else had already taken over its preferred address range of 192.168.1.X
Two routers on your network can cause headaches. For example, you can end up with local problems with addresses on your network. Among other things, the other router can misdirect traffic to addresses that the Netgear router usually handles, such as routerlogin.net or the usual default IP address for a router, 192.168.1.1.
This explains some of the other drawbacks.

Unless you have specific reasons for using two routers – to create two separate networks for example – it is often easier to use just one router and then to set up the second router as a wifi access point (AP) with a wired connection to the main router. It may be possible to put the modem/router into modem only (bridge) mode and then to use the second device as the router.

There is only one router (no mesh either), and I am coming to the conclusion that it --- and the SIP AGL -- are not the problem because the VOIP device can call outside to other phones on other services. Still, I'd like to be able to look at router configurations, and one of the links you provided (https://kb.netgear.com/1097/How-can-I-regain-access-to-my-NETGEAR-router) may be able to help. I am not at home, so I have to wait until I get home to connect the PC to the router (instead of the model), and then get in that way. Thanks for detailing the issues with double routers (not the case here) and Double NAT. The modem is what Tmobile uses to access its home internet service with two LAN ports -- one for the PC and the other one I used for the router. I haven't explore the bridge and modem only modes, so thanks for that. I will explore that also. I will let you know what I found out.
