DNGD3800B weird open port

Hi

 

while looking for a configuration interface, i found some unusual ports in this device. (from LAN)

 

Host is up (0.0072s latency).
Not shown: 996 closed ports
PORT STATE SERVICE
53/tcp open domain
80/tcp open http
5000/tcp open upnp
8200/tcp open trivnet1

 

Why is port 8200 open and what is it for? Is it open on WAN interface too?

    This is just a guess, but it could be related to the Ready DLNA Media Server.  The public version of ReadyMedia uses port 8200.  Try disabling the Media Server on the router and see if the port closes.
