Email address not updated
I have had my Netgear router for over a year and it is great.
About two months ago I changed the email address on my netgear account cause I will eliminating the domain that it was on. After eliminating the domain, therefore the email address, I got a new tablet computer. When I downloaded the Nighthawk app and tried to log in with my updated email address and password. After getting past that initial log in screen it came to a screen for a verification code to confirm my identity.
Here is where my problem is, it was sending that confirmation email to the old email address not the one I had updated it to. I have searched the netgear website up one side and down the other and have not found anyplace where the old email address is listed. So my question is how do I change the email address that those confirmation emails go to?
