EX2700 - Setup Genie Gets Stuck

I'm having this same issue, and the forgetting my original wifi network doesn't work. any other things I can do? I've reset my computer, extender, reset extender, and still just sits at the point whe...

1. Have you tried using another browser (Firefox, Chrome, IE, Safari)?

2. Have you tried using another device (another computer, laptop, smartphone, tablet) for the setup?
