Extender 8000
Not able to log in to Nighthawk app. Can’t find EXT_8000 Wi-Fi address not showing up.
admin username and password login does not work.

A couple things.
1. is this a new purchase?
2. Has it been setup before?
3. If its been setup before, factory reset the extender and set it up using the installation assistant.
To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on.
