fake_udp
I just upgraded to El Capitan and Little Snitch suddenly and continually asks me for permission to connect to fake_udp on port 55. This seems to occur only when my Netgear Genie program is running. ...
Make sure you have the latest firmware version on your router. If the fake_udp keeps coming up contact netgear with the issue and they will work with you on trouble shooting the issue. I just kept blocking the request (lot of mouse clicks).
