Firmware Check Error
Got an email saying a new update was available. When I push “Check for Updates” in the app it says it’s checking for new firmware update then keeps saying “Firmware Check Error”

1. What is the firmware version of the router?
2. Which app do you have installed (Genie or Nighthawk)? And what version?
3. Does the issue persist on another device where you have the app installed?

I tried it on my iPhone and iPad got the same result. It’s the nighthawk ap. The version is 1.2.0.26.
