Firmware update check error
Got an email saying a new update was available. When I push “Check for Updates” in the app it says it’s checking for new firmware update then keeps saying “Firmware Check Error“. I have an RBR40 firm...
Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately the firmware update file for the satellite is a .chk file which is not accepted by the update process (it wants a .img file). Is there another link to the correct file?
Is it possible to update the hub without updating the satellite?
it can be a .chk or a .img file. The instructions go over it can be either.
If its giving you a file error, did you make sure to extract it prior to trying to upload it? I've seen people forget to extract it
