Firmware update
R700 nighthawk very slow. Fiber internet is fast (over 100 mbps download) I'm sure it is the router. Have done hard reset and rebooted once. Do I need a firmware update? If so, how is this done. Never had to do one before. Have had router for two years now with no problems.

You update the firware from the route it's or download it from Netgears support on their web site and manual update the router
