Genie - Unable to setup Parental Controls - Account already exists

I cannot set up parental control. When I try to log into DNS account, it says I already have a DNS account on this iPhone . How can I reset DNS??? I need the parental control.

    Hi Marcymorales,

     

    1. What is the model number and firmware version of your router?

    2. Are you using the NETGEAR Genie app to setup the Parental Controls feature?

    3. Do you have an existing OpenDNS account?

    4. Have you setup the Parental Controls feature before on this router?

    5. Have you tried using another device to setup Parental Controls?
