Genie app auto start issue.
I have tried the solution for the previous submission with my problem, but it still launches multiple times a day... then crashes.
I tried to to the NetgearGenie "Preferences", uncheck "Enable Autostart", and click on "Ok". Then I restart the computer, but it still launches every time. When I check the Preferences, it is still unchecked.
Is there anything else I can do, or should I just uninstall it from my computer?

This is not the topic I created - I have never heard of an Arlo Pro base station. Glitch in this system? Why am I not surprised?
Which genie is this? The desktop app? PC? Mac?
Sorry, my original topic had Mac in the line.
The rules me out. I can't afford Macs.
