Genie app not logging in on iPhone and iPad.
Hello. I just bought THe Nighthawk X6 AC3200 (R8000) router. After having trouble setting it up, I finally got it up and running. Set a new admin password and have been able to log in using router...
It is bust. Lots of people have exactly that problem. Netgear doesn't seem to be able to fix it.
The app might work if you tell it to use the IP address that you feed in.
I hasten to add that my experience is with the Android app, but it may also work ion iStuff.
