Genie app not working
I also have the same problem, I can't connect thru app and I called Netgear tech support but no one is helping.

You refer to the genie. This could be one of several things, the browser interface, a Windows or Mac application, or an Android iThing app.
And what Netgear device are you trying to control? You may have given the forum this information, but it has not passed it on to the rest of us.
