Hello, I discover that I have problems with the internet provider, no signal at all. I need to see if this is the reason. Obviously I have internet when I reported this issue, but with the rain this week we lost our internet connection and after the Holidays, only tomorrow they will come to fix the problem. In that moment I will try again with the App to see what happened!
