Genie app wifi access
How the hell are you supposed to scan the QR code to gain access to the wireless settings on the phone that you're using? I am so confused. My Linksys let me configure everything through the app.
Need a LOT more details here...
What Router?
Do you see a QR code?
What version a Genie on what phone?
If no QR code you'll need to do the setup manually or using WPS if the device supports that. Check your ROUTER MANUAL.
Of course with more details of what you are seeing and what you did on what devices sure would help here.
