I have fixed my issue. I looked up Netgear R8000 firmware. I looked up an older version. Current version is V1.0.3.36.
I downloaded a zip file of V1.0.3.32 and opened zip file once it downloaded. Login to your router with router login.net go to router update and browse you're files for the install. Make sure the file ends with a chk.
