Genie app

I just updated my R8000 Nighthawk router and ever since my genie app will not stay logged in. I can login into my routert through routerlogin.net but not through the app on my phone or computer. I unplug the router and login through the app for about 2 min and then get kicked.

    Anyone and everyone call and complain. Then do the same give a very low score as well. Maybe only after a few hundred thousand complaints may anything start moving
