The NETGEARGenie App for Mac keeps crashing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times. We're running OSX El Capitan Version 10.11.4. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi juliegoldfinch,

 

1. Are you able to install the app but the app ends up not opening?

2. Are you getting an error message? If yes, please provide a screenshot.

3. Have you tried installing on other OS X devices?
