Genie iOS after update nighthawk 8000 not working anymore

Hello all, I see that i am not the only one who have issues after i updated the router. I assume that the genie app was tested before the relase of the new update? I don't know what kind of technics did the tests but in my opinion they sucs! I hope that the next update is tested a lot better... for now i have to log in with my browser.

  • Hello, i have the same problem. My r8000 only communicate with routeurlogin. Genie not work just after update with my ipad or iPhone.

  • Has this issue been fixed? I just updated mine and now my genie app won't connect to router. The only way for me to control the router currently is through the web browser.

      after update, genie can connect but only from  time to time.
