Genie not reporting correctly

I have Windows 10 and a Nighthawk R7000. I have also uninstalled Genie and downloaded it again (twice today). I am running Genie from my main computer which is wired, not wireless.

Genie tells me there is no Wifi connection, that it is not enabled. However my router, two range extenders, two laptops, four iPads, a Wii, an Xbox One, a TV remote, a wireless printer all disagree and work just fine.

When i use Genie and go to the router settings it sees a 2.4GHz and a 5GHz SSID but Genie home says Wifi is not enabled. Genie's network map shows all the wireless devices. Everytime I start Genie I get a report from Win10 that Genie is not compatible with Win10. How do I get Genie to behave?

Try installing as Administrator for the start up error. The home thing I'm guessing is because you installed on a device which doesn't have WIFI?
