Genie Parental control

I'm trying to set up parental control on my Nighthawk R8000 using the Netgear Genie. But when I click on the Partal control, it keep on saying it cannot access the internet. Yet my internet is worki...

Hi mptan8,

 

1. What is the firmware version of you router?

2. Have you setting up Parental Controls on another device (Android, iOS, another computer)?

3. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the app/program?
