By the way, are you using webmail or this is in outlook?
I'm using the Windows Live Mail application in Windows 7 to access email on a POP3 server. Not sure how that is viewed by the NetGenie app and OpenDNS. I am able to receive email, but I'm not able to send any email using the Windows Live Mail application when the parental blocking is active, regardless of the Webmail setting in OpenDNS.
How about if you create a bypass account?
