Their reply was downright lazy. One uses the operating system that comes installed on your computer, in most case. I have had that problem as well with dozens in the Devices & Printers. They were not helpful to me about this. I uninstalled the program. My confidence in Netgear has taken a large dive and their gear may not even get a look in, when I replace their D6300.
