Genie Remote Access C6300BD Android not showing Login menu

I have searched the support areas for a solution to the problem I'm having, but I've been unable to solve this issue I have with gaining Remote Access on my Droid Maxx device. The link above displays identical issues to the problem I'm having. There's no menu to tap in the Login area that allows me to "Login as Remote access". Can someone identify the appropriate solution to this issue? I've checked for updates on the firmware, installed the newest version of the software on my phone, and still cannot solve the issue.
