Hi ,
I am experincing teh same issues.
Where do I download the old version from?
My R6700v2 disconnects from the internet every day and it seems this generates the error message in the GenietimeLine error... or coud it be the other way around?
Anyway, can you please advise to remove this annoying error? I have to switch of my speakers - which has other consequences!

- myryde77Dec 17, 2017StarYou have to contact netgear to get the old version. Good luck as that takes some time and asking the right questions. Once they get you the old version, it still won't upload all your files for some reason. They will then send you in a loop to keep re installing the app, which doesn't help. If I had more time I would continue trying their steps, but I know it won't help after multiple attempts. Old version at least doesn't give an error. Best of luck.
