Genie Timeline Unspecified Error
Not sure why, but this error message keeps popping up. I can get rid of it temporarily by ending it with task manager.

Hi richegeland,
1. Are you referring to the ReadySHARE Vault program?
2. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the program?
3. Does the issue persist on your other Windows device/s?
Regards,
Dexter

Yes, it is the ReadyShare Vault Program that evidently caused the "Genie Timeline" "Unspecified Error". I uninstalled ReadyShare Vault and the error message finally disappeared.
I have not tried to re-install yet, but will update when and if.
Thanks for your input.

Rich,
Sounds like we are experiencing same Genie Timeline software error. Would be interested to hear what happens if you re-install the ReadyShare Vault program. In my case the annoying error returned with my next backup attempt. Our Netgear routers are different, but there must be something similar about our systems. What version of Windows and what type of computer are you having the problem on? I have installed on 2 computers. My Windows XP Dell Desktop gets the error, but my new Windows 10 Dell Laptop works fine.
