Genie v 2.4.50 Windows does not logon to router

Nice application, this Genie!

However, when I try to log in to my router, I receive the error "Login Failed, the router response timed out"

  • I've the same problem. Tried with firmware v10.0.61 and 1.0.0.67, with Genie Android app and Windows application. I've opened a ticket to assistance and I'm waiting foir a solution, but googling I see it is a common netgear rourer problem!

  • Same problem here.  Windows 7 professional Genie version 1.03.46 that I have installed on another computer (also Windows 7 Professional) logs in fine.  BTW, from what I can see without loggin in Genie version 1.0 has a lot more configuration control than version 2.
