Genie will not recognise A6210

Just got A6210. Plugged into USB 3 port on AsusX550C with R7000 in use as AC router. Genie does not recognise A6210 (searches for A6210 but gives up after a couple of minutes searching stating no ada...

Hi gatow528,

 

Please try disabling the built-in Wi-Fi adapter of the laptop and check if the NETGEAR Genie detects the A6210 adapter.
