Genie won't let me change my router password.

Through the netgear genie I can see everything that is going on except I cannot access the area that lets me change my password. it keeps saying no router connected and to make sure my router is supp...

same issue here although for some reason I am able to access it from a browser on my iphone.  I was not able to access the router settings through mywifiext.net on the iphone.  I had to enter the router IP address on the iphone browser and access that way.  You might want to try that.

Thank you for sharing you experience. Unfortunatly it did not work for me. I tried it on my computer and phone. Nothing would happen. I keep seeing the work firmware. Is this something I should investigate? I don't even know what it is.
